Ryback to president and chief executive officer of Plumas Bancorp and Plumas Bank and Richard L. Belstock to chief financial officer of the company and the bank. Previously, Ryback held the position of interim presi- dent and chief executive offi- cer and Belstock held the po- sition of interim chief finan- cial officer. Daniel E. Ryback served as vice presi- dent and controller for Placer Sierra Bank in Auburn prior to 2001. Ryback received his Bache- lor of Science degree in busi- ness administration from Cal- ifornia State University, Northridge.
