desirable. First, her foundation
should be light and, unless she

so lucky. For her, Nature has
lightened the blood tones, but
cosmeticians have come to her
rescue by nlaking lotions in
colors.
START IVITH FOUNDATIONS
Starting with foundation in
light pink tones, Milady presses
powder on that's right. Tip num-
ber one: to make tile face look

and back) (lust off tile excess,
so as not to hetray the rush and
hurry that may have been there.

foundation or base, a wee hint
of creme rouge should be used
on the face, being careful to
avoid any unnatural pink on
the cheers. Make-up should be
subtle, with but three wee spots
of creme rouge along upper
cheek-hone, spread gently and.
smoothly. It brings out the high-
lites of eyes, be they blue, green
or brown.

do that in short strokes, as if

Mascara, too, is a MUST, now,

come-hither look.
