You now have the chance. An adult football game is being organized for late October. That opportunity is becom- ing a reality for former foot- ball players in Greenville and Quincy, thanks to Alum- ni Football USA, a company that facilitates full contact football games. An alumni football game between• Greenville and Quincy is being organized for late October, to be held at Greenville High School, Players are being sought for both teams. If you played football for Greenville or Quincy high schools or if you are a member of the community who wants to be on the team, there is a spot for you on the roster. Each team must have a minimum of 25 players. The cost for each player is $95. Kaley Bentz, who graduated from Greenville High School in 1999, is putting together the Greenville team. A captain or player/coach is needed for the Quincy team. This person should be well connected wi,th former football players in Quincy and able to put together a full squad. All equipment is provided except mouthpieces, cleats and jacks. Officials and an announcer are also provided. Each team will have sever- al practices before the game. High school rules are in ef- fect, except for a few excep- tions. Not only" is this a great chance for guys to relive their gridiron glory, but it's a fun event for the communi- ty to come watch.
