Two contestants tot this year's Queen crown
Sara Fogleman
Hi, my name is Sara
Fogleman, and 1 am 16 years
old. I have lived in Indian
Valley my whole life and
enjoyed every minute of it.
The horse I am using is a
T.B. thoroughbred, and his
name is Roman.
I will be a senior in the
upcoming year of school.
My favorite subject is
science. In the future I would
like to become a middle
school teacher and hopefully
one day be married.
Why 1 want to be the 2011
Silver Buckle Rodeo Queen is
because i ran last year and
had a great experience doing
it. 1 wouldn't change any-
thing.
From my perspective, the
Silver Buckle Rodeo Queen
has a great role in the Indian
Valley Riding and Roping
Club, because they offer
support by getting sponsors
and becoming a role model
for younger kids.
if 1 were chosen to be the
Silver Buckle Rodeo Queen,
I would represent my club
by going to various events
locally and hopefully can go
with the junior high rodeo
team to their events.

they've helped me with, also

CassyElzea
Hi, my name is Cassy Elzea,
and 1 am 16 years oid.l am the
daughter of Marsha Elzea, of
TaylorsvilJe, and Jim Elzea, of
Susanville.
i have been trail riding since
I was 5 yeas old.
My hobbies are horseback
riding and cheerleading.
John and Nancy Francine
graciously allowed me to use
their Morgan horse, Midnight,
after my horse went lame.
1 want to be the Silver
Buckle Rodeo Queen because
1 want to be a good role
model, and i want to be an
active community member.
If I were to be chosen to
represent the Indian Valley
Riding and Roping Club, 1
would continue cheerleading
and be a good role model by
volunteering whenever ! can.
The Rodeo Queen represents the club at public events, such as the Gold Digger Days
Parade and the Plumas-Sierra County Fair Parade.
My much-appreciated sponsors are Riley's Jerky of Greenville, John and Nancy Francine
and my dad.
