He gave a short service and left for the bay city Sunday. Mrs. Caroline Kingdon accom- panied by Mrs. Louisa Kingdon and Mrs. Sencie Knoll were Susan- ville visitors last Monday. Mary Sims and Corenne Sor- soli went over to Reno Thursday returning 'Friday morning. John Gustafson, Newman Nel- son and Charles Payton of Petal- urea, annual fishermen came up Friday night and visited Mr. and Mrs. Bill Baker before going to Lake Almanor. John Davis' father has spent the past few days visiting his son and family. He plans to leave for Reno for medical treatment. A group of friends helped Pat McClain celebrate her 7th birth- day Sunday.
