Vivian Wiley entertained a group
of her friends at a slumber party
last Saturday night. Those present
were Shirley Lynn Standart, Kay
Youngman, Mary Lou Van Fleet
Wilma Wiley, and the hostess.
Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lozano and
Mr. and Mrs. Ted Smith and fam-
ilies enjoyed a trip Sunday after-
noon, which took them down the
canyon, over the Yankee Hill Road
to dinner in Oroville, and home
again.
Mr. and Mrs. Burton Scott and
children of Chico were Greenville
visitors last weekend at the par-
ental home, prior to his returning
to the service.
Austin Cox is reported to have
been in the hospital last week due
to a severe attack of the 'flu.
Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth MeIntyre
and family spent the past week
end in Sacramento on business.
Marge Casteel, who has spent
the winter months in Oakland. ar-
rived in Greenville last weekend
accompalned by Robert II, to join
her husband and help to open the
Greenville Motor Court.
Barbara Conklin. who is grad-
uating this year from the college
at Davis, is enjoying a week's
holiday at her home here, accorn-
pained by her friend Miss Jeanne
Reasoner.
