Bulletin, Progressive, Record, Reporter Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011 3B L AW a (t ORDER Law and Order policy Information that appears in this column is compiled from the Plumas County Sheriff's Office' activity log, the county correc- tional center's booking log and California Highway Patrol press releases. The Sheriff's Blotter shows initial charges. In some in- stances the charges may change after the dispatch report. We do not report suspects' names in arrests for public intoxication or drunken driving unless accompa- nied by another serious charge, such as probation violation, a vehicle accident or another felony. The fact that someone has been arrested and charged with a crime does not constitute guilt. The case may never appear in court if the district attorney determines there is insufficient evidence to prosecute. The fact that someone was involved in an automobile collision does not constitute liability or fault. Minors are named as legal-age drivers at 16, unless they are charged with a crime in conjunc- tion with an incident. The CliP determines whether injuries are characterized as minor, moderate or fatal. Frog- gatt began to pull to the right- hand curb in front of the One Stop gas station. A maroon Ford F-150 with no bumper approached the rear of the Dodge and the front right of the Ford collided with the left rear bumper of the Dodge. After the collision, the Ford turned northbound on Alta Avenue and fled the scene. Froggatt exited his ve- hicle after pulling to the curb and followed the vehicle on foot.
