Lotus Mountain Yoga is
launching a monthly medita-
tion group beginning this Fri-
day, Feb. 18, in Portola.
Organizer Therese James
said she wanted to "establish
a monthly group meditation
practice where we could
come together and collective-
ly share our practice, wisdom
and energy."
She hopes members of the
group are interested in lead-
ing the meetings either with
a dharma discussion or guid-
ed meditation or other appro-
priate activity.
All gatherings are 5:30 - 7
p.m. at 257A E. Sierra St.
(state Route 70). This is the
tan office building by Dol-
lards.
