The finished product, drizzled with honey, definitely looks good enough to eat. Explaining the anatomy of a bee's stinger, Rob Slay, of 2 B Honey Co. in Nevada County, talked to festivalgoers about honey production, beekeeping and honey in history. He also talked about colony collapse disorder -- the sudden disappear- ance or death of entire colonies b which he believes to be a combination of environmental, nutritional and parasitic factors.
