One person was arrested on charges of forgery and burglary. Greenville: On person was arrested on charges of forgery and violating probation. Lake Almanor One person was arrested on a charge of violating probation. Portola One person was arrested on charges of spouse abuse and violating probation. One person was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.' One person was arrested on charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance and violating probation. Quincy One person was arrested on charges of public intoxication and a probation violation. One person was arrested on charges of being in possession of stolen property and violating probation. One person was arrested on a charge of spouse abuse. One person was arrested on charges of violating probation and disobeying a court order. One person was arrested on charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Two people were arrested. One was charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance. Fire Thursday, Jan. 9 Boiler room: In Chester, a caller reported a fire in the boiler room at the high school. The call was transferred to Susanville Interagency Fire Center. A deputy responded. Medical Thursday, Jan. 9 " General illness: In Taylorsville, a caller reported that his wife was feeling ill. He requested an ambulance. Psychotic episode: In Delleker, a'caller reported that his brother was having some kmd of psychotic episode and may have taken some medication. The call was transferred to Eastern Plumas Health Care. The information was provided to a deputy. Portola/Eastern Plumas fire was paged and responded. General illness: In Greenville, a caller requested an ambulance for an ill female. The call was transferred to South Lassen EMS. Indian Valley/Crescent Mills fire was paged. Friday, Jan. 10 Oxygen: In Taylorsville, a caller requested an ambulance for a female who had a low oxygen level. The call was transferred to SLEMS. Indian Valley/Crescent Mills fire was paged. Cardiac: In Blairsden, a caller reported a female with heart problems. The call was transferred to EPHC. Graeagle fire was paged. Head: In Portola, a caller requested medical aid for her friend who had a head wound. The call was transferred to EPHC. Portola/Eastern Plumas fire was paged. Hip: In Portola, a caller reported a female with a possible broken hip. The call was transferred to EPHC. Portola/Eastern Plumas fire was paged. Saturday, Jan. 11 Airway: In Portola, a caller requested medical aid because of shortness of breath. The call was transferred to EPHC. Eastern Plumas/Portola fire was paged. Sunday, Jan. 12 Airway: In Quincy, a caller requested an ambulance for herself because she was having trouble breathing. The call was transferred to Plumas District Hospital. PDH and Quincy fire were paged. General illness: In Clio, a caller requested an ambulance for an ill female. The call was transferred to EPHC. Monday, Jan. 13 Illness: In Chester, a caller requested an ambulance for his wife who was ill and could not get up. The call was transferred to SIFC. Unresponsive: In Quincy, a caller requested an ambulance for an unresponsive female. The call was transferred to PDH. PDH and Quincy fire were paged. Airway: In Quincy, a caller requested an ambulance for herself because of trouble breathing. The call was transferred to PDH. PDH and Quincy fire were paged. General illness: In Portola, a caller requested an ambulance due to symptoms of fainting and feeling ill. The call was transferred to EPHC. Port01a/Eastern Plumas fire was paged. Miscellaneous Thursday, Jan. 9 Burglary: In Quincy, a caller reported a burglary at the charter School office. A deputy responded. Theft: In P0rtola, a caller reported the theft of diesel fuel from tanks outside of a business. The caller advised the tanks were filled five days earlier and said there was about 1/Sth of a tank left. The information was provided to a deputy. Saturday, Jan. 11 Theft: In Quincy, three calls were received in less than two hours from residents reporting vehicle break-ins. The calls all came from people living on Second and Fourth streets. Deputies were informed. Monday, Jan. 13 Theft: In Quincy, a caller reported a theft from a vehicle. A truck driven by Greenville resident Danny Winningham shows substantial damage after a Tuesday, Jan. 14, accident on Highway 89. According to the California Highway Patrol, Winningham was driving northbound when his GMC Sierra lost traction on the icy roadway, overturned and struck a tree. Winningham, who was wearing his seatbelt, was not injured in the crash.
